Return & Refund Policy

Overview
At Designage, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom printing products. Since most of our products are custom-made and personalised as per your specifications, our return and refund policy is as follows.
⚠️ Custom printed items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.
Eligible for Return / Refund
We accept returns or provide refunds only in the following cases:
- Eligible Product received is damaged or defective due to our error
- Eligible Incorrect product delivered (wrong item or wrong print)
- Eligible Significant quality defect not matching the approved design proof
- Eligible Order not fulfilled within the promised delivery timeline
✅ If your order qualifies, we will either reprint the order at no cost or provide a full/partial refund.
Not Eligible for Return / Refund
- Not Eligible Errors in design or content submitted by the customer
- Not Eligible Change of mind after order is confirmed or in production
- Not Eligible Colour variation due to screen display vs. print (minor variations are normal)
- Not Eligible Order cancellation after production has started
- Not Eligible Products with minor texture or finishing differences that don't affect usability
How to Raise a Complaint
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please share the following via WhatsApp or email:
- Your name and order details
- Clear photos of the received product showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem
We will review your complaint and respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Cash payments will be refunded in cash or via UPI transfer
- Partial refunds may apply if only a part of the order is affected
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once we start printing, cancellation is not possible.
To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order details. Advance payments for cancelled (pre-production) orders will be fully refunded.
