Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Designage, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom printing products. Since most of our products are custom-made and personalised as per your specifications, our return and refund policy is as follows.

⚠️ Custom printed items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.
Eligible for Return / Refund

We accept returns or provide refunds only in the following cases:

✅ If your order qualifies, we will either reprint the order at no cost or provide a full/partial refund.

How to Raise a Complaint

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

We will review your complaint and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once we start printing, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order details. Advance payments for cancelled (pre-production) orders will be fully refunded.
