By accessing the Designage price list, placing an order, or using any of our services — whether online or in-person — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Designage provides custom printing and related design services including but not limited to:

• Flex & banner printing
• Business cards, stationery, and brochures
• Personalised gifts, mugs, and merchandise
• Promotional materials and packaging
• Digital design and artwork preparation

All prices displayed are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing may vary based on quantity, material, and design complexity.

An order is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment (as applicable) and written/WhatsApp confirmation from our team.

The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of all content, spelling, images, and layouts provided for printing. Designage is not liable for any errors in customer-supplied artwork.

• Provide artwork in high resolution (300 DPI or higher) for best results
• We will send a digital proof for approval before printing on most orders
• Once a proof is approved and printing begins, no changes can be made
• We reserve the right to refuse printing of content that is offensive, illegal, or violates copyright

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to power cuts, machine downtime, or unforeseen circumstances are not grounds for cancellation.

Designage is not responsible for damages during third-party courier transit once the order is dispatched.

• Advance payment is required before production begins on most orders
• Full payment must be completed before pickup or dispatch
• We accept cash, UPI, and online payment methods
• GST will be charged as applicable

All designs, templates, and branding created by Designage remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. The customer grants us permission to use submitted files solely for fulfilling the order.

You must not submit copyrighted images or designs without proper licensing. Designage is not liable for copyright infringement by customer-submitted artwork.

Designage's liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
